Rosa Perelmutter, known as Rosita, was AMIA’s telephone operator for nineteen years. At 48, she lived with her mother and was dearly attached to her nephews. Rosita was the voice of AMIA, greeting callers with warmth and kindness. On the day of the attack, she was starting her week amid the institution's Centennial celebrations when the bomb exploded.
