José Enrique Ginsberg, affectionately known as Kuky, was 43 years old, married, and a father of two, eagerly anticipating his eldest son Matias's Bar Mitzvah. As the head of the Burials Department at AMIA, Kuky was deeply committed to supporting bereaved families with kindness and empathy. His life was a testament to community service, often sacrificing personal time for the needs of the Sholem Aleichem School and AMIA. On July 18, 1994, he began his workday early, amidst families seeking assistance, when a car bomb devastated the AMIA building, where he was working on the fourth floor.
