Deutsch Moshe

Moshe Deutsch was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1995. He was the son of Rabbi David Deutsch and Rebbetzin Chaya Deutsch. He had two older brothers, Avraham and Yaakov.
Moshe grew up in a religious household and attended yeshiva schools throughout his childhood. He was a bright and inquisitive student, and he quickly developed a love of learning.
After graduating from high school, Moshe attended Yeshiva Torah Vodaath in Brooklyn. He was a dedicated student and was known for his sharp intellect and his deep understanding of Torah.
In 2019, Moshe was accepted to the rabbinical program at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, New Jersey. He was excited to begin his studies and to prepare for a career as a rabbi.
On December 10, 2019, Moshe was shopping at the JC Kosher Supermarket in Jersey City when he was shot and killed by two gunmen. He was 24 years old.
Moshe's death was a devastating loss to his family, friends, and the Jewish community. He was a kind and gentle soul who was always willing to help others. He was a bright light in the world, and his absence will be deeply felt.
